Michelle is amazing! She is so full of light and love and knows how to put everyone at ease! When my sisters & aunt flew in from across the country for a first time girls trip I knew I wanted to do something special for them so I asked Michelle to lead us in a women’s circle. We had women of all ages and varying degrees of yoga experience & she created the most beautiful and welcoming environment you could imagine. Every one of us left feeling rejuvenated & more at ease than we had in a long time.

I've never experienced having such a safe space to trust, to share and hold space for vulnerability. This experience has brought such lightness and peace to my body and mind. I've been able to revisit some places in my past with my younger self, and explore them with more curiosity rather than hurt, fear and anger. It has been a gift.

Right after the retreat a friend asked me...Do you feel different? And my answer was. I have never felt more myself. It wasn't a matter of difference but coming back to myself. Walking a straighter, lighter path. I am calmer and more centered.

The retreat was freaking amazing!  
I’m pretty positive every participant felt the same way and we all wanted more time to spend doing all the things and at the space all together so that’s a wonderful thing!  
Michelle was an amazing facilitator and it all felt so cozy and comfortable and the food and well thought out activities and practices were so wholesome and impactful.

For me it was a really needed experience, especially the connecting to other women wow.  The root chakra was literally where I needed to start and having a whole weekend dedicated to the healing of that was beautiful beyond words.
And again, the clarity I gained on so many things, like my patterned beliefs and thinking, my inner child, connection to women in deep intimacy, nature, great food and amazing Love all around.
